On-Farm Leasing Program:
The goal of this program is to allow riders to develop their skills both on and off the horse, as well as learn the responsibility that comes with owning your own horse. Our school horses are available on a limited basis for this program. Riding is a team sport, and the half-lease program is designed for students to learn about building a working relationship with the horse. This includes not only riding, but grooming, bathing, and much more than the lesson program alone can include.
The benefits of the program include:
- Always riding the same horse in lessons if it is one of your lease days
- Always riding the same horse at PCF shows or away shows
- Weekend riding opportunities
- Growth in responsibility
- Bonding experience with a specific horse
You must be an active lesson student in good standing to be able to lease a PCF Horse On Farm.
*Please remember that these horses are primarily lesson horses. If the horse is needed in a lesson at a time you normally lease (other than your lesson), you will be notified ahead of time and usually another horse can be available to you.

Offering a 2 day Pony Play Lease for the Pony Palace Princesses.
Pony Play Least gives you free choice to any of the 3 Pony Princesses for practicing grooming, horsemanship, in-hand work, with the occational learning opportunities if Kim is available.
Perfect for riders needing a confidence booster in leading, grooming, and overall confidence around horses.
Parent/Rider over 18, must be able to get pony out of field without letting the other princesses free.
Not set days, just sign up on the schedule.
This is in addition to any lessons. Available to any age. No riding unless it is a learning opportunity that Kim offers.
