At Paradox Country Farm, we are committed to helping riders find the right horse and create lasting partnerships. Whether you’re searching for your dream horse, looking for a short-term trial, or interested in leasing opportunities, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Horse Sales

We would love to help you find your dream horse — whether it’s one of ours or one we actively help you discover.

Sales Program Includes:

  • $250 Initial Deposit

  • 10% Commission of final sale price (if we help you find your horse)

  • $1 per mile for travel to see or pick up horse (after deposit value is used)

  • 1 Week Trial Board at PCF – $200 (includes two 30-minute lessons with Kim; $65–$135 value in savings)

All horses are sold to loving homes only. Sales are considered complete once full payment is received and a Bill of Sale is signed by both parties. Horses are sold “AS IS” unless otherwise stated.

On-Farm Leasing Program

Our leasing program allows riders to build responsibility and strengthen their skills beyond the lesson ring. Leasing provides an opportunity to deepen your bond with a specific horse while enjoying the experience of ownership without the full commitment.

Benefits of Leasing at PCF:

  • Ride the same horse during your lease days and at PCF/away shows

  • Weekend riding opportunities

  • Hands-on learning including grooming, bathing, and horse care

  • Growth in responsibility and horsemanship

  • A special bonding experience with one horse

Note:

  • You must be an active lesson student in good standing to be able to lease a PCF Horse On Farm

  • Lesson horses are available on a limited basis

  • If a horse is needed for a lesson, you will be notified and another horse may be offered

Pony Play Lease

Build Confidence & Horsemanship Skills:

  • $100 per month

  • 2 days per week with any of our 5 ponies

  • Practice grooming, leading, in-hand work, and confidence handling ponies

  • Open to riders of any age (parent/guardian must assist minors in the barn)

  • No riding included unless offered by Kim as a special learning opportunity

This program is perfect for young riders or anyone wanting to strengthen their horse-handling skills outside of the saddle.
